Q. How long does it take to setup my VPS account?
A. Accounts are setup instantly after successful payment is made and account verification. Most VPS orders are processed within minutes, but typically within 8 hours.

Q. Can I order multiple accounts?
A. Yes! You can order as many accounts as you like! Have a promotional code? You can use it on multiple orders as well! 

Q. How long has your web hosting service been in business?
A. We have been operating as HostMantis since 2010.

Q. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
A. Sorry, but our 30 day guarantee does not include VPS servers.

Q. Are backups included with my VPS plan?
A. We perform full daily backups of all the VPS's on our servers daily.

Q. What is your uptime guarantee?
A. We have a 99.9%+ node uptime guarantee. 

Q. What methods do you accept for payment?
A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Bitcoin and Apple Pay. All payments are made securely with SSL encryption.

Q: Will I have my own nameservers with my VPS plan?
A. We give each VPS 2 IP addresses by default, so you can create your own unique nameservers if you like.

Q: Can I speed test your connection?
A: Yes. Download this 5MB test file.

Q: Do you have a test IP?
A: To test the speed of our data centers network, you can use the following IP addresses: 

USA East: 147.135.0.20

Q: Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
A. No. There are absolutely no setup fees.

Q: Do you allow Adult Content?
A: Yes, we allow legal adult content on our hosting services.

Q: Do you allow nulled software?
A: No, any nulled script or a script/app modified to bypass any copyrights are not allowed on our servers.

Q: Is SSH access included?
A: Yes, all VPS plans include root level access.

Q: Is there an limit to how many emails I can send?
A: Spam and bulk mail are not allowed and will cause your account to be terminated immediately if we find you are knowingly sending spam/bulk mail.

Q: Do you offer a client billing program such as WHMCS?
A: Yes. We offer WHMCS as an optional add-on which you can purchase from the client area after signup.

Q: Does your Terms of Service apply to VPS plans?
A: Yes. All aspects of our Terms of Service applies to VPS plans and the content within the VPS.

Q: Who provides support for my VPS?
A: HostMantis provides support for the server node only. Your actual VPS server is considered Self Managed, so all administrative tasks are your responsibility.

Q: Is the service White-Label?
A: Yes! Our servers use white-label domains, hostnames, SSL certificates and software, so your clients won't know you are using HostMantis.
