Q: What are the nameservers for your hosting?
A. After you have signed up and payment has been made, nameservers and other necessary account information will be e-mailed to you immediately.

A: Yes and no. We allow legal adult content.

Q: Do you allow nulled scripts?
A: No, any nulled script or a script modified to bypass any copyrights or licensing are not allowed on our servers.

Q: Is there an limit to how many emails I can send?
A: All accounts are limited to 100 emails per domain per hour. Spam and bulk mail are not allowed.

Q: Do you allow remote MySQL/MSSQL database access?
A: No, remote database access on our shared/reseller plans is not supported.

Q: How long does it take before my domain is propagated and active?
A: After you change the nameservers for your domain at your registrar to HostMantis' nameservers, it should take 24 hours or less. Usually you will be able to access your domain within minutes.

Q: Can I resell space with my HostMantis shared hosting account?
A: No. Your HostMantis shared web hosting account may not be used to resell accounts, add-on domains, etc. If you would like to resell, please order one of our Reseller Hosting plans.
