Database connectivity errors after migration

We are noticing some accounts that were restored had some of their database users passwords reset to a random password due to the previous password using an old format or being insecure.
 
So if you have an installation of WordPress, etc. that cannot connect to the database after the transfer, simply log into cPanel and go to your MySQL databases and find the database user and reset the password so it matches what you have in your wp-config.php configuration file.
