The secret is simple...
First, we do not offer phone support. This allows us to focus on our support ticket system and handle tickets more quickly and efficiently.
Second, our hosting plans are meant for clients that have a moderate amount of experience using cPanel and/or DirectAdmin in a shared/reseller/VPS environment and are not meant for beginners because we do not provide the level of support a beginner would require (often referred to as hand-holding).
So if you need a reliable, fast hosting service with premium features, but don't need to have your hand held, we're definitely the host for you!!!
