If you receive the following error when entering your domain name during our ordering process:
"Invalid domain name provided"
That is typically due to one of the following reasons:
- The domain .TLD is not supported
- Your are trying to enter a subdomain (example: subdomain.yourdomain.com)
How to resolve the issue:
If you are receiving the error while entering a domain, please make sure the .TLD is a valid .TLD
or
If you are receiving the error while entering a subdomain, then you will need to enter it as: "subdomainyourdomain.com" and then once your order is complete, submit a request for us to update it for you.
